Leadership training isn’t the most exciting topic around. So when leadership coach Ritu Mehrish needed help to make her leadership course come to life, she came to us. And we came up with The Matchstick Office.

Using a combination of real life sets with tiny props, filming, motion graphics and animation, we brought The Matchstick Office to life. It was a series of videos that illustrated the challenges that new leaders face in a relatable way. It took technical skills, art direction and ingenuity. But we ended up with a product that was informative, funny, and unique in the field of leadership training.
